Step 1: Exercise- we all know how easy it is to skip the gym, but there are so many other ways to get your daily workout in. Go for a walk on your lunch break, or do a HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout at home. If you have little ones, get them involved and make it fun! Try getting in just four 30-minute workouts a week and see what an amazing difference it makes in your life!
Step 2: Diet- no, this doesn’t mean going on a FAD styled diet, this means a lifestyle decision to eat cleaner and healthier. Remember, one bad meal won’t hurt you, but only one good meal won’t help!
Step 3: Skin Care- did you know that bacteria, dirt, and environmental debris accumulates on your skin daily? Gross right? Although not all bacteria is bad for your skin, it’s important to cleanse and rid of the bad bacteria daily. If we don’t, we can start seeing breakouts, premature aging, excessively dry or oily skin, sensitivities and also irritation. Just remember, what may work for your friends and family may not be what’s best for you.
